More About Dr Ndoye's profile and interests
holder a PhD in Agronomics and Bioscience Engineering with specialization in food science and technology at Gembloux Agro-BioTech of the University of Liege in Belgium. Before immigrating to Canada, I was Project Manager at the Institut de Technologie Alimentaire (ITA) de Dakar (Senegal) where I led food systems projects as Grant Recipient of several funding agencies (Belgian Technical Cooperation, IFS, etc.) and collaborated with many universities and research institutes around Africa and Europe. Further, I achieved a Postdoctoral Research experience at Laval University and a visiting scientist experience at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada in Lacombe Research Station (Alberta) which strengthened my research networking and collaborators in North America; Beside research activities during these endeavors, I accomplished more than 100 hours of teaching activities for undergraduate, graduate and bioengineer students in the courses of Innovation in Food Technology (food microbiology, food processing and Quality Control), biochemistry and microbiology. As a researcher achievement, you will learn more on my interests and plans alongside my wix website.
